Guidance and support
We operate a personal supervision/guidance system as appropriate. We have a drop in policy during normal working hours for both employees and clients to receive support and advice on questions arising and on the care and support needs of clients. This drop in policy offers a greater sense of security and helps foster team spirit, continuity and a higher quality of service and support provision. We also offer guidance in groups for all personnel on request and when the need arises.
Human Resources Coordinator
Aman Care Ltd is a domiciliary care company that provides homecare, personal care, escort / befriending, sitting and relief services for the elderly and individuals with disabilities entitled to or wishing to purchase support within their own home. To meet the needs of today’s multicultural society, we aim to provide help and support to the people in their own language, in a way that fully respects their culture and beliefs. The needs and wishes of the individual always come first. We aim to ensure every client is able to choose how they wish to live their life, are able to maintain their independence, daily way of life and avoid becoming socially isolated. At the same time, we place great emphasis on respect for language, ethnic, cultural and religious aspects of the person’s life. As a result we aim to offer homecare support services in the client’s own language, with carers, wherever possible who share similar or the same beliefs. Our personnel speak: Swedish, Somali, Urdu, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Turkish and many other languages. We aim to meet the special cultural and religious wishes and requirements people can have, by careful matching of carer and customer. In our experience close cooperation with and support of relatives and loved ones, wherever possible is a significant factor in successful homecare. Treating the client, their relatives and friends with respect is our recipe for a successful and positive relationship between the client and our personnel.

We are committed to your personal development. We provide full training, read the feedback from a few of our staff that have just completed training.
"The different take on training overall , it was innovative and compelling, especially the facilitator Faisal. Aman Care's general approach to develop the care workers soft skills rather then hard skills was a helpful aspect." - Sumera Ishfaq
"All 3 days have provided me with the relevant knowledge I need to assist service users in the right manner. The sessions were delivered effectively in an appropriate environment with the right content. For myself it has given me a much better and deeper understanding as to what I need to be doing in my role as a care worker. For my service users I will be able to provide effective care to the best of my ability and give them the service they need." - Unknown
"The most helpful aspect was that when we were put in the service users shoes (personal care session) we knew how it felt to be taken care of, this has given me an insight and knowledge. I will be able to provide my service user with the care they deserve." - Asma Tariq
